Deception Valley Lodge is located around 120 km south of Maun, adjoining the Central Kalahari Game Reserve and not far from the famous Okavango swamps. Accommodation consists of eight private units, each consisting of a twin bedroom, a lounge and a Victorian style bathroom with an outside shower. Deception Valley Lodge is accessible by air and by road. The Lodge has its own registered airstrip and is accessible from Maun and Kasane by light aircraft. Access from Johannesburg International Airport is on Air Botswana's daily service to Maun.
