FOUR BEDROOM DE LUXE (MANOR HOUSE, #27) is a free standing single storey house set slightly apart from the cottages. The resort flagship offers four en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a queen size bed with bath and shower. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds with shower only (one of which has facilities for disabled persons). Features include a spacious granite kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, scullery, separate dining room, lounge with fireplace, central heating and air-conditioning. Situated on the north side of the property, the manor house has a magnificent view over the valley, the Twelve Apostles mountains in the west and famous Table Mountain on the north boundary. Houtkapperspoort self-catering cottages are a symphony of Table Mountain stone and timber set in sweeping, meticulously landscaped grounds and are well maintained and tastefully furnished with either edge-to-edge carpeting or tiles. TV with DSTV, PABX telephone, safe, fridge, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, bed linen (changed once a week), towels (changed every third day). Beach towels can be hired.

• Cooking facilities include a microwave oven and three or four plate electric stove with oven

• A basic cleaning service is provided daily (between 10am and 3pm)

• 24 hour token operated laundry. Laundry service is available
