Day 1 Pilgrim's Rest Camp LD
Depart Johannesburg for Mpumalanga and the historic town of Pilgrims Rest, where
we set up camp. Discover the fascinating history of this town, with an optional
tour to view the local caves and bushman paintings and try your hand at gold
panning.
Optional Activities: Gold Panning etc...
Day 2 Pilgrim's Rest Camp BLD
A full day of sightseeing including Blyde River Canyon, Bourke's Luck Potholes
and God's Window. In the late afternoon we return to Pilgrim's Rest.
Day 3/4/5 Kruger NP Camp BLD
Today we enter the Kruger National Park, home to the Big Five, eager to view
some of Africa's wildlife over the next three days.
Optional Activities: Night Game Drive.
Day 6 Swaziland Huts BLD
Today we leave the Kruger Park and cross the border to Swaziland. There is an
opportunity during our visit to Swaziland for curio shopping as we stop off to
browse through the markets. Our overnight camp is Mlilwane Game Reserve.
Optional Activities: Mountain Biking, Hiking, Horse Riding and Game Viewing.
Day 7/8 Kwa-Zulu / Natal Hostel BLD
Leaving Swaziland, we travel down through the sugar plantations of Kwazulu-Natal,
home of the powerful Zulu nation. Experience their fascinating culture and the
magnificent scenery of the area.
Optional Activities: Game Viewing, Boat Cruise
Day 9/10 Golden Gate NP Camp BLD
We continue on to the Royal Natal National Park to see our first glimpse of the
mighty Drakensberg escarpment. Next day at leisure for hiking, horse-riding,
swimming and other activities. On our way to Lesotho, we visit the Golden Gate
National Park.
Optional Activities: Horse Riding etc...
Day 11 Lesotho Camp BLD
After a full day's drive we arrive in the mountain kingdom of Lesotho with its
breathtaking scenery. When border formalities are completed, we head into the
mountains to our rustic overnight camp.
Day 12 Lesotho Camp BLD
A full day at leisure for optional pony trekking and hiking through the steep
gorges, valleys and sparkling waterfalls.
Optional Activities: Overnight Pony Trek.
Day 13 Aliwal North Camp BLD
We exit Lesotho and spend the day driving to Aliwal North. Afternoon at leisure
to enjoy the natural mineral baths.
Day 14 Addo Elephant Park Camp BLD
Travel through the Great Karoo en route to Addo Elephant Park. We embark on a
late afternoon game drive.
Day 15/16 Storms River Mouth Camp BLD
Continue on to the Tsitsikamma National Park, a venue of exquisite beauty.
Follow the tracks along the first few kilometres of the world famous Otter Trail
until you reach a magnificent waterfall where we rest and refresh in the icy
pool. There is the option to dare the highest bridge bungee jump in the world at
216m.
Optional Activities: Bungee Jump.
Day 17 Wilderness Camp BLD
Our journey further down the Garden route takes us through the beautiful scenery
of Nature's Valley as we make our first visit to the picturesque coastal town of
Knysna. We continue down the coast to Wilderness where we spend the night
camping near its long deserted beaches.
Day 18 Oudtshoorn Camp BLD
Today we travel on through to the Outeniqua Mountains as we head for Oudtshoorn.
Upon arrival there, we undertake a tour of the world-renowned Cango Caves. Later
in the day we have some fun as you can take a ride on an ostrich, the largest
bird in the world.
Day 19 Breede River Camp BLD
Our journey takes us further down the Garden Route and towards the Breede River
where we spend our last night camping. We have the opportunity to stop and lift
the adrenaline levels on a bridge swing or bungee jump off the Gouritz River
Bridge.
Optional Activities: Bridge Swing.
Day 20 Cape Town Tour Ends BL
After a leisurely breakfast, we set off for Cape Town enjoying the opportunity
to taste some of South Africa's finest wines along the way. The journey
terminates upon arrival at the Adventure Centre.

ZIMBABWE ZAMBIA MALAWI TANZANIA
Day 1 Victoria Falls Camp D
We begin our journey in Zimbabwe and drive across the border to our camp in
Livingstone on the Zambian side of the Zambezi River. Spend the day enjoying the
activities in Livingstone or finalising arrangements for our trip before
returning to camp in the evening.
Optional Activities: Zambezi white water rafting, Bungee Jumping, Elephant Back
Safari, Zambezi sunset cruise.
Day 2 Lusaka Camp BLD
We leave behind the excitement of Vic Falls and head off on our Nomad
expedition. Our route towards the bustling Zambian capital of Lusaka takes us
along an interesting route. We set up camp and enjoy the evening relaxing after
our long drive.
Day 3 Chipata Camp BLD
Today is an early start and a drive through southern Zambia. Our campsite
outside Chipata is an ideal time to take a walk to stretch the legs.
Day 4/5 Luwawa Forest Camp BLD
Today we cross the border from Zambia into Malawi. We head for the Luwawa
Forest, above the Great Rift Valley. You will remember this indigenous forest
region for its magnificent scenery. A hike through the forest may reward you
with a glimpse of some of its secretive wildlife.
Day 6/7 Central Lake Malawi Camp BLD
We soon catch sight of the lake where we will spend the next couple of carefree
days. For the more adventurous there are endless leisure and watersport
activities. Alternatively, soak up the atmosphere and relax in one of the most
scenic and memorable holiday destinations in Africa! The evenings are spent
beside its tranquil waters enjoying the party atmosphere of this famous spot.
Optional Activities: Scuba diving, parasailing, windsurfing, fishing, canoeing,
horse riding and many more…
Day 8/9 Northern Lake Malawi Camp BLD
We continue a short way further along the northern part of the lake, close to
the Livingstonia Mountains where we will continue our relaxation for the next
day or two. Take a stroll through the nearby craft market and make friends with
the friendly people of Malawi or take a hike into the mountains if the weather
is favorable.
Optional Activities: A wide variety of watersports, craft shopping, hiking and
more…
Day 10 Iringa Camp BLD
Today we make the border crossing out of Malawi. Leaving the lake behind us, we
head for our first night in Tanzania and gain an hour as we cross into the East
African time zone. As we climb out of the Great Rift Valley through some
spectacular mountain passes, we pass the vast tea plantations in the highlands
to our camp outside Iringa.
Day 11: Dar es Salaam Camp BLD
We depart for the bustling city of Dar es Salaam, the final destination of the
tour.
